Last nite at about 1130 pm I was playn on the net and caught some scanner traffic of a Deputy calling in and starting a pursuit after a Red 4 door came by him with the passenger pointing a hand gun out the window. As the officer activated his lights/siren the subject fired shots at the cruiser. The officer crashed and was calling for help. Radio traffic was weak at best and he stated he had leg pain and had been ivolved in a crash. Other Officers got to the scene along with Medics, who called Careflight and he was flown to Miami Valley Dayton. Last I heard the Red car had not been found, they did have a partial plate number.
