Shelby PD TG 2192 looking for male black suspect,black shoes and shirt that robbed and assaulted male and took his money and cellphone I believe. K9 looking also. Checking Pebble Creek area. Patrol Officers with rifles looking also on foot it sounds like.
Suspect armed with 9mm. K9 hitting on apartment. Attempting contact. Contact made Nothing found. Looking for cell phone now.
