Signal Stalker 2

On my Pro 197 i know it has signal stalker 2 to search for nearby transmissions. But how do i activate this feature on my Mobile Scanner i was told it was function plus scan but whenever i hit those 2 buttons all that happens is a get the Weatherband station.

So whats going wrong here?

I had a look a the "easier to read programming for the Pro-197" from markscanners.com and they sugggested this combo:

To Create a new Stalker/Sweeper Search object press PGM then F1 (NEW) then F3 (SRCH) then F3 (STLK/SWPR).
