Baud rate change had no effect. I have the GPS adapter specifically for the SDS100....the latest and greatest. Baud rate back to 4800

Odd my factory GPS is 9600 Baud the other homebrew GPS is 4800 Baud. (This is SDS200)My SDS100 is set to 4800 and works with the factory GPS and factory cable.
My SDS200 is set to 4800 and works with the factory GPS made for the SDS200.

Anyone have any thoughts as to why the "GPS" indicator isn't lighting up? Puck has power and adaptor is connected to the SDS100 - the larger of the two ports and the red charging light is on. BTW, what is the smaller port for on the scanner?
Upgrade question, is it possible to upgrade by connecting to a Mac an copy the firmware files to a memory card

Mine works fine.My gps on sds 100 does not work either, bought adapter cable, used “puck” gps from bcd 436, baud rate confirmed did firmware update. Sounds like many have same problem!!
