how do I setup skywarn on my wx1065? I am in central ohio and it looks like the freq is 146.760. not sure what to do with this.

Enter as a conventional frequency and turn on Skywarn.

Skywarn Yes or No When On, the CONV object is a member of the Skywarn Scan List.

When you program the frequency or TG scroll down the menu and pick "YES" for Skywarn, and if you want it in the Favorites....
