146.82 is my frequency here in macoupin county its a gillespie HAM/ Skywarn reapeater.. i have one question.... i hear morse code on it all that time what does that mean/ or what are they doing?

Hello. For many ham radio repeaters you will hear the FCC Callsign being broadcast in CW, Morse Code.
