I've just loaded the original PCR100 Icom software, PCR1K Mini and ShortwaveLog on an Acer Travelmate 8100 using a USB/Serial adapter. I seem to be able to control all the functions of the PCR100 with all three programs but I have no audio output. I have checked the audio properties dialogue and all the sliders are set at full volume. I can play other audio sources such as RadioSure through the built in laptop speakers. I've loaded these probrams on other computers before without this problem. The USB/Serial adapter is not a "cheapie" and came recommended from others using it to control radio software. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
