I have a pro-94b scanner and I dont want to have to put all 300 someodd freqs into by hand. A few of them are analog trunking. I am running Windows XP SP2. I need software to do this for me and maybe even be able to record some of the traffic on a freq. Is there a software out there for me? If so, where can I get it and how much will it run me?

One thing to keep in mind - this catches a lot of folks by surprise - is that RS scanners - with the exception of the PRO-2052 - cannot log, scan and record. It's not in the firmware and is not supported. Certainly just sitting on a single channel, Scanner Recorder is a good choice, and there are others, too.

You want to be able to log, record and scan? Bottom line - get a Uniden. 73s Mike
