Software To Decode 978 MHz

Are there any programs that can decode this in Windows. Kind of like dump1090 and Virtual Radar Server?

There's "dump 978" but it is a program for Raspberry Pi's.Adding a 978 Mhz Receiver - ADS-B Exchange

That's about all I've been able to find, but I guess there's nothing for Windows 10 PC? I have a local police chopper that I suspect is on 978 and want to track 'em.
