Is there software out there with the frecs that you can download what you want to your scanner. I guess what I`m asking all the frecs that are in this database on RR on a CD anywere that you can pick out what states you want and what you want from that state , and update it from here. JW

yes, there are software packages available that will connect to the RR database. You can then download the info to your computer and then upload it to your scanner.

There are programs that allow Donating members to download from this site. Which program depends on the scanner model.
