R8600 Software ?

I use it on my Ipad, it works with my 8600, 9700 and 7610. I am pleased with it so far. I've used it both on my LAN and via Internet. Considering the price and having used other software including Icom's i think it's the best option right now.

I use it on my iPad with a 705 and it works extremely well. It handles FT8 very well indeed with no real trouble.

Thanks folks. Is this a blue tooth connection for wireless? Can’t find in manual the 8600 has blue tooth? I will definitely get this once I find out how it connects.

Forgot to ask. Does the sound come through the iPad speakers? Would assume so but want to make sure. Thanks

The connection between the software and the radio is wifi not BT, it also works via Internet. Yes the sound comes thru the iPad speakers. If you pair a BT headset to your iPad the sound comes thru the headset.

Another question. Once connected, will it mute the volume on the radio or can I turn down the volume on the radio and still hear it through the app?
