Solivita (Polk County) Radio Frequencies

Solivita is a private community in Kissimmee/Poinciana (sic?) and I am looking for the security and maintenance radio frequencies. I looked in my copy of the Radio Shack Police Call Frequency Guide and couldn't find it. If you have this information please post it. Thank you.

If you know the names of the companies involved (mgmt co, security co, property owners assoc) you might be able to find them in the FCC database here on RR or on the FCC web site.

Another way to search is to use the antenna and tower search page at
http://www.antennasearch.com/sitest...=&getpagename=hopgsitemain&cmdrequest=getpage

with an address in the community.

According to FCC ULS site, Solivita at Poinciana Golf Club has the following freq's under license WQCD939:

FYI, that's actually in Osceola County, not Polk. But anyway, you could check the RR Database Osceola County page under FCC licenses for additional info on the area you're looking for (it's also possible that some companies could use a GMRS trunked system (LTR or Moto)).

No I'm sorry your wrong Solivita IS in Polk County, That's where I pay my property taxes. We are right on the border of Polk and Osceola Counties but we can use both a Poinciana (Polk County which is where we are legally located) or Kissimmee (In Osceola) address. When you are on Cypress Parkway you are in Osceola County but as soon as you turn from Cypress Parkway to Village Drive (Solivita's Entrance) you are in Polk County.

According to a friend down in that area SecurAmerica provides security to Solivita and its residents communicating between base and the patrols using the Nextel system which as we all know cannot be scanned. Sorry.
