I have heard Croton Falls FD dispatched on Fire Dispatch ("60 Control") 46.26000

Is the UHF freq 13 their fire ground tact freq ?

Croton Falls FD is dispatched on 46.26MHz, they respond on talkgroup Fire 13 (http://emergencyservices.westcheste...etins/communications.pdf/fireemsbatttrunk.pdf), and fireground operations are on Fireground 6 (http://emergencyservices.westchestergov.com/images/stories/pdfs/communications/UHFplan.pdf). CFFD can also use Operations and Tactical TG's on the Trunked System, along with Mutual Aid response utilizing other TG's.

Somers FD and CFFD

The Somers FD info is correct-I live in Croton Falls and listen to them all the time. The only addition to the previous info on CFFD is that they'll pop up sometimes on trunked EMS 13 as they first respond on medicals, so you might listen there too.
