Something Wrong With San Leandro Freq's or Id's???

I'm starting to think I am missing a main Talk Group ID or something because it is completely silent at times for too long with just blips of an Officer running a plate or checking an ID. A lot of the time I hear the officer or dispatch request something and NEVER EVER hear them get back with whatever answer to the request. I know they send stuff to the car but this has happened while an officer was outside. I'm thinking there is a new Talk Group ID for the main dispatch or something because all my other Alameda Stuff works and I triple checked all the freqs and known ID's. Are they starting to use that 800Mhz System or something lol?

I've been monitoring SLPD Tac & Vice channels for some time. I don't have the ID's for the main dispatch or secondary channels as part of my closed mode scanning, but everything else seems to be on the ALCO 800-Trunked System. I have not personally confirmed if dispatch is on the "800", but it is probably the case.
