Last week, I heard traffic on 3760 talking about the 'reboot' process of a train and "heading over there to take care of this".
Some sort of train ops/engineering TG...(?)

I’m fairly sure 3780 is security for the sounder. Only ever heard sounder stations mentioned on the TG.
