Question. Iam montioring the CT State please on Mo Digital Trunking. At the end of each transmission Iam hearing like a buzz. like a scuffle noise. Is that normal. Let me know

It is probably an ANI data burst to identify the user radio.

what model of scanner are you listening on , its probably just the great uniden "machine gunning" noise
