I don't hear much traffic these days. I hear the dispatch but not much else.

Do they indicate in their computers the standard comms (en-route, etc?) Is that specific to medical calls?

I programmed my sds200 straight from the database, so I don't think its a me problem.

I've listened to both the Smoky Hill and N Douglas sites.

Thanks

Use the Lookout Mountain (853.775 CC) and Conifer Mountain (853.9125 CC) sites. I hear them consistently on these sites.

I too listen to SMFR and in the same general area as the OP. A lot of the standard, routine, cookie cutter comms are in fact via MDT. Occasionally, Dispatch will offer additional info on the call via SMF2 while the unit(s) are enroute to the call. Most of the chatter will be on an OPS channel (if needed/assigned).
