Southfield police have 2 in custody.
At about 12:30am on 6/17/10, Southfield Police recieved a call of a shooting in the area of 9 Mile Rd. and Telegraph. Upon arrival, police had an unconcious victim, and a description of a vehicle that fled the scene south on Telegraph Road. About 10 minutes later, a Southfield car was behind a vehicle matching the description at 7 Mile and Berg in Detroit. Before the officer had backup, the car suddenly pulled over and the suspects bailed out on foot.
They had a perimeter up for about a half hour, and Southfield K9 got the suspect in a backyard in the area of 7mile and Lahser. A silver handgun was recovered at the vehicle.
