SpaceX in Texas (Bastrop and Cameron Counties)

Over in the Multi-State Forum, there's a discussion of SpaceX upgrading their radios at a number of sites, and there's a decent sized 800MHz Capacity Max DMR system being built out.

While most of the California and Florida sites have been identified, the (potentially 3) sites at Boca Chica Starbase and Brownsville have not been identified, and the presumably Starlink production facility in Bastrop county also has licenses that are likely for this system as well (McGregor may have a UHF Capacity Plus system, but no licenses for the Capacity Max system at this time).

If anyone in those regions want to do some checking, I know I would appreciate it (I'm not really wanting to drive 4+ each way to survey Bastrop, nor 9 1/2 hours to Starbase each way).

well, here is the start of an interesting thread. Looks like SpaceX is migrating to a multi-site, connected CAPMAX system for their various sites .... This is just a first look - but the Cape site appears to be coming online now with CC data noted on various channels. ref this thread...
