I used to work for Whitney, Rescue 2 and Rescue 18 years ago, so I knew these tones by ear, but I have been away from Spartanburg for almost 20 years. I found the tones for the departments - Spartanburg County Pager Tones - The RadioReference Wiki , but would like to know the actual tones that the dispatchers use, i.e., the high-low tones that are broadcast after the department tones are sent. I realize that these are part of the system, but I wasn't sure if anyone had the actual frequency of each of these tones.

I only need the frequencies of the tones, not a sound clip or mp3.

I've searched Google and have turned up empty. I keep getting other tones that may be similar, but are nowhere close to being the tones that Spartanburg uses.

Thanks guys,
Scott

800.0 and 1499.0

Thank you again for posting the frequencies. I was able to reproduce the different alerts that the dispatchers use. Take a listen and if I'm off, please let me know.

Thanks,
Scott
