Spectrum Commander

After upgrading to version 9.14F I can no longer open the radio control for my ar8600.I can open and use the spectrum and band scope but not the radio control.I get the error "commander.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close..." Does any one else have this problem or know a solution? I'm not getting any support from Signal Intelligence.Thanks

If you are using windows 7, you might try running the program as administrator. I have also found that deleting the radio profile and creating a new one along with a new associated audio recording file sometimes helps. Version 9.14F did not work well with my radio and I reverted back to 9.14A

I figured it out.In the settings menu it was checked compact view.I unchecked it and it works.For some reason it won't work with that checked and I'm not sure what that does.Also I noticed in this version the VFO control doesn't track well with the mouse.It's hard to tune.How do I get back to the previous version?

I always keep copies of the previous versions just in case the new version doesn’t work out. I uninstall the newer version and reinstall the old version.
