Springfield, MO PD Feed

Been listening to the Springfield PD feed for a couple days and it sounds to me like the audio is a bit off. The digital signal seems 'off frequency' and a little garbled. It was not like that some months ago. That's how long it has been since I have monitored for any length of time. Has anyone else noticed this?

It's simulcast, what are you using to listen to them?

It is the Broadcastify feed. The signal sounds very digital. Like computer voices. When I am in the area I use either a 396xt or a sds100. The audio on those scanners seem normal to me.
