STARS / Hopewell Tac Link?

I am not sure about the whole situation and without going into details I heard some interesting stuff on the Eastern Virginia Regional Communications System (Hopewell Site, Hopewell Talkgroup Police Tac 1). They kept refering to it as State Police Tac. I didn't hear anything on the STARS side until after everything was over with a Trooper telling a superior (on RIC 1) that the subject was in cusody. I am not sure if it was just a Trooper with a Hopewell handheld (then why call it state police tac?) or if they had a STARS talkgroup and Hopewell Police Tac 1 linked together.

Maybe Hopewell has their Motobridge installed and they had that particular talkgroup on Hopewell's system linked to STARS?

If so, I think you may of copied the first STARS/Motobridge operational traffic logged by a RadioReference.com user!
