On my last trip to LR, I put the AWIN control freqs for the troops along I-30 (A/K/G/E (Pine Bluff) and statewide), and the tgs in separate folders for each troop, and one for misc tgs, especially in the LR area (UALR, LR specific tgs, etc.).
I also put the AWIN LR control freqs and tgs separately in another bank since I was in the LR area and didn't want to have confusion when, occasionally, for example, a Troop G tg slipped in.
And, ScanningArkansas.com, is a good reference for other agencies, such as the Highway Patrol, a separate state agency that works the highways, primarily truck enforcement.
When going through Troop A, don't forget to monitor the LR and Jacksonville TGs, since you may be on a road in their jurisdiction, as well as the UAMS TRS, and, if you venture a bit south, the Hot Springs TRS. Plus, the ITAC conventional frequencies. They are used in the LR area for various reasons: medical, chit-chat, etc.
