Hi,
1845z CACTI 11 flight checking in with Boston center on 128.750, a flight of seven aircraft.
1850z CACTI 11 wants to depart the formation at ACK, the F-16s will continue to Shaw AFB.
1901z TREND 61 flight checking in on 128.750, at fl. 270. Confirms a flight of six.
1907z TREND 61 handed over to VHF 135.800 or UHF 292.150.
1909z CACTI 21 flight checking in with New York center on 125.925 over DOVEY.
1915z CACTI 21 handed over to Boston center on 133.450, confirms he has TREND 71 flight with him.
1924z CACTI 21 requests fl. 310 for the TREND flight.
1929z TREND 71 flight checking in with Boston center on 269.300.
1930z CACTI 21 is cleared to fl. 360, cleared to RIFLE after ACK.
1934z TREND 71 flight is cleared to Shaw AFB, and cleared to climb to fl. 300.
1940z CACTI 21 handed over to Boston center 135.800.
1941z TREND 71 flight handed over to Boston center VHF 135.800 or UHF 292.150.
It looks like the third cell, TREND 81 flight cancelled ......

Rgr Rene CACTI 11 diverted to Dover.Didn't log tail here but showed a CACTI 31
KC-10 #85-0030.
Couldn't find any CACTI 11 on boards or here so assume this was CACTI 11.
CACTI 21 also went into Dover as McGuire got much more snow than Dover.
CACTI 21 was KC-10 #87-0118 Travis but has been working for Mcguire for
last few months.
TREND 61 1940z heard going South ZDC 257.700
TREND 71 2015z with same.

I think the Falcon Virgo exercise it happening currently. N966CP and N636CP are airborne and there are some weak comms on 139.7. They were airborne very early this morning too.
The NORAD press release said it would happen Tuesday and Wednesday.
2329- Now hearing SNIPER1/2 and BLACKJACK on 139.7
The SNIPERs are talking to BIGFOOT.

2341- Yep, IDed as 223GA with Manassas tower.

Falcon Virgo is about to get started again tonight. CAP N636CP is up and I hear TRACON talking to SNIPER1 on 118.675. Not sure what freq the fighters are on. TRACON advised a United flight there were two F-16s descending out of FL200 to 50.
2349- N966CP is up now. Still haven't found the fighters though, supposed to be holding at FL210 instead.
CAP flights are on 125.125, then to 124.65.
BLACKJACK1 is joining them, will be 5 miles east of Manassas.
0008- SNIPERs with Guard Dog on 350.25 and 139.7 for comms with BIGFOOT and BLACKJACK1.
0025- BIGFOOT wants to move CAP to over Annapolis. PCT advises they can do that at FL120-160.
0057- SNIPERs RTB Langley 281.1>353.7

1522z Boston center wants BLUE 01 to come up on 128.750 when he is ready.

1525z Boston center working CACTI 65 flight, confirms he has four F-16s TREND 21-24 with him (2*).
1534z BLUE 01 handed over to 134.950.
1536z BLUE 02 flight handed over to Boston center on 124.525 ? (not sure didn't copy frerquency ....)
(1*) This is the final cell of the UAE F-16s enroute to Nellis AFB for Red Flag 11-2.

Didn't log any of those fighters coming South thru here but did log
some of the Tankers.
Guessing they went Westbound rather than South.

AE0632 PAT979 just landed at Dulles.
Thats a long distance one.Rarely gets East of the Rocky Mountains
according to previous logs.
Logged once here back in March 2010.
AE0632 #84-0179 C-12U Det 53 Wyoming Nat Guard at KCYS.
AE074E I have as UC-12M #163836.Must be fairly local as have logged
quite a bit the last few months showing callsign USNAVY.
