store coupons?

They may have some in the store. I have a 15 dollar off one that I got for taking a survey for them on my last visit to get some connectors. some of the lucky ones were mailed a 25 dollar off coupon but I have not seen any around here. when you purchase an item over a certain amount, they will give you a gift card for 25 bucks. less than 24 hours before I get my Pro 197. Can hardly wait!!!!

Sorry Katmandu. I have been burned too many times ordering like you suggest. I know it a good way of shopping. My luck with ordering stuff is like really bad. It either works and there is stuff missing. It does not work at all. The box is crumpled on one side when it gets to me. I will drive the few miles to get my hands on it and look the sales person in the eye. Believe me, I am ready to fire it up. Will have it home about 6:30 tomorrow morning.

Yeah. Snjct2000. There is about 12 (197's) within a 50 mile raduis of me in the local Shacks. I am like a kid my wife says. Been listening to scanners for many, many years. Started when you had to buy crystals for each frequency. I'm old you know. Am a Ham radio op for 25 years so I listen to a lot of stuff.

Those who buy their scanners at the store will be staying up late playing with them tomorrow. Those who buy online will be playing with them sometime next week.

Radio Daze. That came into play as well i.e. having it tomorrow night. I almost caved and bought one on line, but as stated ealier. My luck is like whale stuff on the bottom of ocean and we know what that is!!! Already have the software, Win500, already programmed all of the local and no so local frequencies thanks to my buddy Dan here in the area. Got the cable. Life is good. About 19 hours to go. I have already added it to the signature block!!!!

I got this specialized card thing in the mail with a web address with my name in it. the card has a $15 off coupoin but when I go to the address is has a set of printable coupons. One is the $25 off and there is another $5 off and also a free shipping coupon.
I'm hoping to use the $25 tomorrow with the $299 sale price.

Got my 197!!!!!!! 15 dollar off coupon was a problem . They (store folks) said it had already been used on the 19th of Nov. Funny thing, I did not get it in the email till 22 Nov. something is rotten here?????

I got my 197 too. I had a $15 off coupon I had found and printed from the web. At checkout they used the coupon and took of $25. Go figure. No question about it.
Check the fine print. Some of those coupon's are not valid from 11/24 to 12/4
My coupon says valid 11/18/2010 thru 12/8/2010. Will check it out.

Appears today was the last day the Pro106 is on sale for $299.
Maybe they'll have a Christmas - New Year sale, marking it down twice, to $250-275 or less

My $25 coupon worked fine for the PRO197.
Then I put the shiny new radio in the seat after verifying powered up, went inside, came back out, opened the passenger door to bring it inside........out if falls to the ground and mars up the front.
I didn't even have it an hour yet. :roll:
