Strongsville PD Dispatch in Ohio

Does anyone have the settings for this PD? According to RR, dispatch has change to P25. I don't get anything. I can get other traffic on the 800/900 settings but not dispatch. I have the Radio Shack Pro 106.

Looks like from what I read they have gone encrypted, so you are out of luck.
