I submitted info on swain co. nc on the 19th and was given a reference number of 77681. So when I go to my submissions it says owned by KE4ZNR...So what does that mean owned? Why has my info not been posted?

It means that KE4ZNR has stated that he or she will work it, most of us here have full time jobs and will work your submissions as soon as we can.
