Surprise & El Mirage PD

Does anyone know if Surprise & El Mirage PD are still using the encrypted talkgroups? I have not heard anything on the regular talkgroup in quite some time.

Surprise PD is on RWC and uses TG 4301 & 4302. Most of the time 4301 is in the clear and 4302 is encoded. El Mirage PD is also on RWC and uses TG 4330 in the clear.

You have to listen to both the Simultaneous Sys G as well as the White Tank IR and they can be on one or the other or both.

I have both clear off of White Tanks site as well as Peoria PD. FYI - I'm at 107th Ave & Olive
