I assume you mean the Sask. RCMP network. The new digital trunked system is in the 138-144 MHz range. Try searching the 138-140 MHz range looking for the control channel. It will be a continuous data stream, the scanner should find that right away. You'll have to keep searching for the voice channels, as they are used. That might take a little longer. There will be at least 2 or 3 voice channels, but likely not more than that in your part of the province.
