T-Band in Chicagoland

Any police activity still on T-Band in the suburban area? Most of the north and NW has moved off but I don't know if anything south still uses it.

I know CFD is still using their system and there might still be activity at the airport.

I still hear Berwyn, Cook Co Nets 10, 16, and 17, as well as SWCD Net 7 and Lemont using T-band.

CFD has a couple T-band channels but CPD is on 460 for the most part and is unaffected by the T-Band giveback (should that actually occur).

Ah, thanks for the clarification Rich. I have all zones and city wide programmed into one of my KD-1C pocket radios, they stay very, very busy!

Net-6 is still active with OLREC (Burbank Bridgeview, Hodgkins PD's), Hickory Hills (Bedford Park, Summit, Hickory Hills PD's), Willow Springs/Justice PD's.

This should have been Net-10 (470-5875), Net-6 (470.4625) is OLREC back up.

Evanston was the last of the North depts on T-band and they recently went to P25 enc.
