I have a Pro-106 with the Grecom 800mhz antenna and T201 is very choppy indoors in east Bloomington near I-35W and the river. Wondering if I need an outdoor antenna of if I have another issue. I get good reception on T101 and T109.
Since T201 is a Simulcast system you are the scanner is probably having problems decoding between the Site in Bloomington and the Airport. Common problem with scanners trying to receive from simulcast sites.
An outdoor antenna should help, a directional "yagi" antenna even better and you can point the antenna at the tower you want.
