Tahoe reading Interstate Law Enforcement seen

Hello, everyone

Yesterday I was driving in Maury County, and I seen a dark blue tahoe with no lights visiable with tented windows reading Intersate Law Enforcement. I have never seen this, does anyone know what agencies this is and what they really do?

They past me going I say around 75mph in a 45mph limt and then slowed down quickly and turned off on a side rural road.

Could it be Maury Co. Sheriff or a "Judicial Task Force" unit?
