What are primary control numbers or should I just program all of them.
I see they have East and West, what groups pair with them?
Also, should I use Decimal or AFS

The system is an EDACS system so you should program all of the frequencies. If you just want TPD, their talkgroups are all on the west site. However if they have an issue, the backup talkgroups are on the east site. And it doesn't matter what talkgroup format you use.

Here's all the confirmed talkgroups, I have no idea who put in the rest because they are incorrect...

There are also 6 car to car and 3 specialty unit talkgroups which you will hear mentioned, but cannot listen because they are Provoice.

I used the west freqs and that did the trick.
At first I used the east freqs and wasn't getting any radio traffic

Can you help me out with the frequencies you are using for the Tampa Police Dept? I'm not sure how to get them??

Click on database on the top of this website. Select Florida, select Hillsborough County, scroll down and select Hillsborough County Public Safety. All of the frequencies and talk groups are listed there.
