Tempoary Feeds

Is there a policy about Temporary feeds?

I and thinking about offering a Skywarn feed.

Not sure If I would put the feed up only for Skywarn nets with it down most of the time or run it through the storm season staring in say April and run it for like 90 day then shut it down until the next season.
