I have a Dell Mini 910 in the kitchen connected to an external monitor and keyboard/mouse which I call the kitchen kiosk. Its been running 24/7 now for at least four years. On this little beast that runs 24/7, I have a Teamspeak server, FTP server who’s storage is a SD card, and a program called Phone Tray that monitors the phone via caller ID data sent to it via a caller-ID capable USB dial-up modem. I used to have an HP thinclient, but the flash drive gave out and I have been meaning to put a PATA SSD in it. One day I'll do that.

If you upload for Broadcastify, a netbook might just be the ticket.

Did I mention this thing runs XP? LOL No, I have not gotten any malware or hacker crap. I also run Peerblock on it that blocks several countries as well as cloud servers and what not. So countries like China, Russia, Iran, etc, etc are blocked as well as Google CDN, Azure, Amazon, you name it. In all there are over 650 million IPs Peerblock is blocking. I update the IP lists my self about once a month.
