I have a base antenna on the rooftop with a SP-1300 splitter going from radio # 1 to radio # 2. Both scanners receive well.

Problem: I have a third radio I need an antenna for .........................

I want to use a very good MOBILE antenna on a 20 Ft mast. the dual-banded antenna is set up to receive frequencies 150-170 & 450-470. I want to listen to 155 mhz & 460 mhz. I will have to extend the length of the coax to a full 50 ft length.

How well, will the mobile antenna perform, when comparing it to a disc-cone antenna?

OK, I know the base antenna would do a better job but I already have the mobile antenna just sitting around.

note: I live 25 miles from the radio source and a small loss, would be acceptible.

what type coax you planning to use? for 50' at UHF you want a good low loss coax or you ain't gonna hear much.

that should not be too bad at all at 50' then. you may want to make some ground radials off the mount.
