Threshold Hi and Low

What is it? Mine is 95 Hi and 75 low, I am thinking that the low part is for setting when the scanner will stop on a frequency, any way I tried setting the settings in Win500 and ARC500 and saved them but some how they keep changing, I had the low set to 10 and now it is back at 75.

10 lo is way too low. 75 is about the lowest the scanner can receive CC data, but you could try 55 to 60.
