Thunder Bay transit

So I have been trying to listen to our transit
They moved to p25 phase 1 non encrypted
I use arc pro 500 so just did download
They show no nac code
Control channels are correct
I dumped all my other frequencies and just put them in to limit time searching
I show a t , s and 5bars for signal all looks good but no audio
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Limit search will not follow the control channel. You might be better off asking for this to be moved to the thread for your area, rather than in Whistler scanner thread, maybe someone local will have answers.

Thunder Bay Transit

Up until a month or so ago, I had the City of Thunder Bay Transit's two frequencies and was receiving them. But now, nothing. According to RadioReference the frequencies are the same as before. I have even left it on manual and hear nothing. Did the go encrypted or change frequencies and it not...
