Hi there.
I don't usually work with Kenwood radios, but I've acquired a TK-780 TRX, and want it to work with Motorola GM360 network. I've managed to program the most basic functionality (Select-5 radio ID send on PTT dekey, recieve other radio's ID's and displaying them - even aliases if they are on contact list).
Now it's time for something more advanced - selective calling.
Call consists of two sequences - first is 7 tones, and the second is 8 tones. Tones are 100ms long, and the pause between them is 200ms long. First sequence is always the same. Second sequence is the radio called ID (but not the same as in basic mode), so if the radio will recieve 0123123-12341234, and 12341234 will be this radios ID it should sound the alarm. But if the second sequence would be another radios ID, i want to display its alias on screen, with some simple beep maybe.
First I need to know how to process two seqences... About functionality described in the last sentence - I don't even know if it's possible.
