Jefferson County AL Trunking System, Birmingham, Alabama - Scanner Frequencies why is this whole system marked Deprecated? I was up ther for 8 Months & heard almost every talkgroup that was listed???

It is set to normal display and is showing up as it should from my vantage point

Possibly you're referring to all of the JCSO groups being set to deprecated?

Looking at the submsission history back in October of 2009 someone made a submission that I can only assume led to this note being added to the JCSO talkgroup category.

"October 14th, 2009 - The s/o recently joined Birmingham on a shared TRS."

Again I can only assume that those groups were marked deprecated at that time as well. I was wondering about that though during my recent pass through there tidying up all the loose ends in that system.

Also, anyone can change function tags, and alpha tags, so if you see something wrong in either of those two fields please feel free to correct it. (double click on them)

Cool, I set all the SO groups to what I believe they should be. Check it out and if something isn't quite right, then like I said all you have to do is double click in the field and you can change it too.
