I don't know what system it's on, but the freqs I have and have heard traffic on are as follows:
856.26250
866.01250
866.51250
867.01250
867.51250
868.01250
866.05000
Right off the top of my head I can't tell you which frequencies are the active ones because they are sandwiched in a bunch of other agencies so the scanner doesn't always stop on Tolleson and it probably will also depend on where you're located in the Valley. I work in near the 101 and Via de Ventura on the reservation and I pick up chatter from Tolleson on those freqs.
