Yesterday, I noticed that both of my scanners on the Topeka TRS were quiet. I put them into manual mode and began to hear traffic on different channels but could not locate a control channel. I ended up reprogramming them with all 15 freqs from RR and they are working fine.
Logically, I will assume that they switched up control channels for some reason. Did they reband?
