Toronto police radio techs doing test on the HQ Convential channels. Appears as if one of the techs is currently in the Subway. Using various channels in the HQ group.

The TTC recently did a bunch of work on the continuous antenna in the subway tunnels (boosting power to cover some weak spots and the like)...this is probably related.
