Every night at 2am I loose TPD when they do the nightly patch. Tonight when they did the patch I switched from ID Scan to ID Search and found the IDs patched to TG 31027. I looked and 31027 is unlisted in the database. Can anyone explain this or is having this problem?

This is not a problem, just a patch ID. ID's show differences when certain things happen. There is an info page on the database here somewhere that explains all this.

Is there away to program it without programming in all of the variations?

Not sure what scanner your using, but the parameter that controls it is called "Status Bit" one way (on/off) will track these without your assistance and the other way will call for you to program every ID.

Thanks for the help. With the status bit on, you have to have the additional info. With it off it automatically follows it.

One issue I was having with patches, was when one was started between any division and Gilcrease I would lose it because I had Gilcrease locked out. I don't know how patches are done at the Dispatch level but if a patch between Riverside and Gilcrease was started and it affected the Gilcrease ID, not the Riverside one I would lose out since Gilcrease was on LO or the bank was off. I keep each division in its own bank to allow ease of on and off.

I've never had the LO issue but it does make me wonder. What about a patch to a TG you don't have programmed in?
