Treport problem ?

what the number in the software field left to the adjacent sites field mean ??
I useualy get there 001 or 011 but Listening to a specific Zmart Zone System
I get there 000 and this site dont show the Cchanel freq and also the alt control ch
although the software monitor field show that this info is transmitted but it is in hex and thare is no translation of it to 800 MHZ freq ....

And Advice / Info Is welcome .....

This question about the numbers to the left of the alternate sites sounds familiar. It may have been asked on here or the TREPORT list.

Basically, those numbers are for my benefit. They are specific bits I want to watch on SmartZone systems. I'm trying to nail down their meaning. I have a vague idea but no one with system admin affiliations has confirmed yet.
