I just bought a PRO197 along with cables/software,etc... Programmed it for my state/county with Conventional (frequencies) & Trunked (talked groups) but don't pickup any of the county sheriff transmissions... I am picking up fire calls, but no county sheriff transmisions... I DO pickup the county sheriff transmissions on my android (radioreference.com) app on my tablet for the same county... Am I doing something wrong?

Does this only work when my scanner is connected to my computer?
Also -- whats the difference btwn Unitrunker and DSD? Do I do both or only one or are they the same?
