I just got trunk88 up and running on Ontario Fleetnet zone 2 and I'm having a little trouble. It is not displaying the correct frequencies or talkgroup values. I've messed around with the map tables and I've got the frequencies close, but the talkgroups are way off.
Any ideas? If anyone has a ctl file they would like to share, that would be a help.

Thanks

I dont live in your area but I was once a newbie on T88 and I might be able to help.

In order for it to work you have to tweak the system a bit.
Try to follow these instructions:

Click S for systems then click E to edit settings then enter

Arrow down to system type and change whatever is on there to 16.

Scroll further down to talkgroup display format and enter in 4.

You will have to also enter in the base, step size and offset in the appropriate slot

As in fleetnet
enter in Base frequency: 141.0150
Step size 15.0
Offset 380

then Base frequency 2 151.7300
Step Size 15.0
Offset 579

Base frequency 3 154.3200
Step Size 15.0
Offset 632

Now to get the appropriate frequencies and to get rid of the bad ones (800 megs showing up.

Press S for system command
then press C for edit channels.
Scroll thru these frequencies and to get rid of the bad ones press page down when you land on it to delete it. The correct frequencies wil now show up because of the changes you made to the band plan.

If you havent already join this group: TRUNK88 : TRUNK88 forum
If I was wrong in my instructions the Yahoo group listed above's members will help out.

The person who develop and keeps improving it is in Ontario and his name is Andy.

If you want a CTL file that has some unique colours and such pm me and I will email you what you want.
