Trunking Help, Manchester, Michigan

OK, there is a little town near where I live called Manchester, it is obviously in Michigan.
Apparently, according to this webpage: http://www.radioreference.com/modules.php?name=RR&sid=1579

on line number 5 is the information for this systems trunked EDACS system. So do I just enter these channels in order like they are, in a different order? And am I to believe that these three freqs are the only ones for this system?

For a town the size of Manchester there are probably only three channels. You need to have the scanner set for an EDACs system and enter the channels in the order posted.

Make sure to put the channels in the order as listed channel #1, Ch. 2, and Ch.3 and set the radio to EDACS, what kind of scanner are you using? This system you are using is for Consumers Energy only..If you need help feel free to PM or email me, I will be glad to help you out..
