Is there a short answer to should i concern myself with trunking tables ......i haven't been and as far as i can tell, stuff seems to be working.....but I haven't chosen any specific "kind" of trunking table from the dropdown list.....Thanks in advance

You'll have to be much more specific - for what system, precisely? Go up to the blue toolbar under the site title on the left, and float your mouse over Database Use the pulldowns to get to your desired area. Let's see the URL of the system, and folks can start answering your questions.

best regards..Mike

Mostly the only time you need to worry about "trunking tables" are on Motorola 800 systems that have been rebanded or Motorola VHF/UHF systems. EDACS does not use trunking tables, and everything else should be already present in the radio. If you are using the software, it should take care of all that when downloading from the database here.
